I lead the Executive Transition practice for Russell Reynolds Associates globally and am based in Sydney

I specialize in leadership transitions, coaching and advising clients on successful executive onboarding to ensure more expedient paths to effectiveness leveraging a deep academic and consulting background to provide CEOs, boards and senior leadership across industries with the skills and advice to enact transformational change in key areas of their business. 

I joined Russell Reynolds Associates after more than eight years at Converge Consulting, an executive development-focused I co-founded. During this time, I worked with regional and international clients across sectors to drive and develop leaders, in particular during transitions into C-suite roles. I began my career as a professional basketball coach before moving into consulting with Michael Page Finance, then working for close to 10 years in the financial services industry.

In 2019 I completed my PhD in senior leadership transitions from Sydney Business School at the University of Wollongong, where I am also a sessional lecturer in the Master of Business and MBA programs.
